There’s something that always takes us back to the classics. With soul & funk music having laid so many foundations in today’s music it’s hard to quantify how many artists have been influenced by its sound and spirit.

From hip-hop to house to rock & roll to blues, all these genres have all been touch by the funk button; and for good measure because a lot of the music we grew up listening to used samples from some of these hits from back in the day.
