The doubters are going to hate you, the haters are going to doubt you, and there will be moments of insanity that come to play with your, “me against the world” mentality.
And in that is where the beauty lies. In your vision, as a person, as an artist, as a creator. You have to stick to your guns, invest in yourself and allow yourself to fuck it all up. Coppola did just that, putting his own money and reputation on the line, directing greats like Brando, Duvall and Hopper to get shit done in the end the way he saw fit. Look inside you.
